Greenville University’s online B.S. in Sport Management features a curriculum that combines topics in business management, sport and kinesiology, and marketing.
This program consists of 44 major credits. In addition to online sports management courses required for the major, you will need to complete general education and elective courses for a total of 120 credits. Up to 90 transfer credits may be accepted.
As a student, you will study in a flexible online environment and explore critical issues in the sports and athletics field while completing a hands-on internship. The internship requirement consists of 240 hours and can be completed at a site local to you.
Courses in the online sport management degree are 16 weeks in duration. Most students complete their program in 1.5 to two years.

In this course, students will learn the elements of business management, the theory behind them and practical tools with which to apply them. Key topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, conflict management, change and more will be covered. No matter where a person works or volunteers, they will be able to contribute to the success of any organization when they have a clear understanding of management theory and techniques.
