Greenville University has special partnerships with five institutions to allow easy transfer of associate degree credits into the B.S. in Elementary Education program. As part of earning their associate degree with these partners, students complete relevant teacher education classes that will seamlessly transfer into GU’s elementary education bachelor’s program.

Greenville University is partnered with the following institutions:

  • Kaskaskia College
  • Lake Land Community College
  • Lewis and Clark Community College
  • Lincoln Land Community College
  • Southwestern Illinois College

Transfer Credit

Students must have an AA or AS degree from one of Greenville’s five Illinois community college partner institutions for admission to this program. We accept up to 90 total transfer credits for our online B.S. in Elementary Education program. After we receive your official transcripts, we will evaluate your previous academic experience and apply relevant credits toward your Greenville University degree. Students who transfer the maximum amount of credits can complete their program in approximately two years.
